About

Sunday's Stage is a communication strategy, storytelling, and leadership consultancy built on three beliefs:

  1. The way you speak shapes what people think, decide, and do.
  2. Real communication is intimacy. It asks for the same willingness to be seen that real connection requires.
  3. Some of the world's biggest problems are, at their core, communication problems.

Our inability to speak across lines of difference, to influence others, to say what we actually mean — it holds us back. The solutions to most of these problems already exist. We just haven't learned how to listen for them, or how to speak about them in ways that land.

We work with executives and founders, creatives and entertainers, institutions and small teams, public figures and emerging thought leaders — helping them strengthen the way they speak, lead, inspire, and move an audience. Our work ranges from keynote and speaker coaching to executive communication, message development, transformational workshops, and the broader craft of narrative strategy and storytelling — helping people and ideas communicate with the clarity, credibility, and emotional precision that moves others to act.

MEET

BOBBY

Bobby Nweke believes communication is intimacy — that the moments when a message actually lands are the moments a speaker was willing to be known.

He's the founder of Sunday's Stage, and his practice sits at the intersection of message architecture, narrative strategy, and delivery craft — the structured work of shaping what someone says, how they say it, and how it lands with the audiences that matter most.

Before Sunday's Stage, Bobby spent years coaching speakers at TED Conferences, where he worked with over 100 leaders and helped develop talks that became the #1 and #3 ranked TED Talks of the year, contributing to more than 25 million views across TED platforms. He is a graduate of Harvard Graduate School of Education, where his work is grounded in adult learning theory, developmental frameworks, and audience-centered communication.

Sunday's Stage is built to be bigger than coaching and speaking. We view communication expansively — as artistic expression, as public speaking and performance, as storytelling across formats and mediums. Communication is the spine, but the practice is expansive by design, because the people and ideas worth elevating rarely fit inside a single form. Sunday's Stage is where communication happens in earnest.

Bobby's approach is built on a simple conviction: most speakers don't have a communication problem. They have a self problem. The work is helping people show up to the room already decided about themselves, and then giving them the tools to say what they actually mean.

// The Room Responds

Bobby didn't just coach my TED Talk, he changed how I showed up on stage. I've been speaking for years, but Bobby pushed me past what was comfortable and helped me design a talk that was built around what the audience needed, not just what I thought I wanted to say. He brought this rare combination of message strategy, performance craft, and intuition. He sharpened my structure, found the emotional beats, and rehearsed me in a way that felt like real preparation. That talk has now been viewed over 600,000 times and opened doors to stages I hadn't even been imagining. It gave my brand a proof point that travels. If you're a leader or speaker ready to stop getting through talks and start owning rooms, Bobby is who you call.

Working with Bobby, I never felt like I was carrying the weight of that talk alone. Yes, he helped me from a communication standpoint by shaping the message and helping me find the clearest way to say what needed to be said. But what made his support exceptional was how emotionally intelligent and grounded he was throughout the entire process. Preparing for a talk of that magnitude on a stage that big is intense, and Bobby knew how to guide me through both the performance work and the very human moments that come with it. He knew when to push, when to steady, and how to help me stay connected to myself while still rising to the occasion. I truly don't know how I would have taken that stage in the same way without him.

Bobby's Speak Confidently session was executed exceptionally well. He taught students the process of effective and memorable speech writing, planning, and execution so they could feel prepared to speak in a variety of settings. I left feeling encouraged, equipped, and ready to approach public speaking with a new mindset and tools that can actually help me flourish.

The session was informative, engaging, and genuinely fun. One of the biggest takeaways for me was how speaking with confidence changes the way your message is perceived. It felt meaningful to share our art and also learn from it in real time.

This session was insightful and deeply spiritual. Bobby helped us understand how words can come alive and move an audience when we communicate with intention. I walked away thinking more carefully about not just what I say, but when and how I say it.

An incredible, transformative session where scholars refined their voice and learned to deliver more purposeful, authentic messages through hands-on speaking exercises. Bobby shared so many practical gems, but the AIM method and the workshop component were especially effective in helping people communicate more clearly and confidently.

Bobby brings an excellent energy and skillset to the room. What stood out most was the genuine care and curiosity he brought to the group, along with frameworks that were both practical and easy to remember and use. We left appreciating not just the content, but the way he held the space for us throughout the process.

Bobby does an awesome job of making the space feel safe and warm enough to talk about vulnerable topics like conflict. That kind of environment is hard to create in general, and even harder over Zoom, which made his facilitation and emotional intelligence stand out even more.

Bobby has a rare way of delivering the kind of practical advice people can immediately use. His guidance feels grounded, clear, and actionable, which is exactly what makes his workshops so valuable.
